About me

I have experience in helping people explore and come to terms with many issues: low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, self-harming behaviour, stress and making life choices.

In helping clients to gain insight around their issues and to make changes, I have worked with people of different sexual orientation, of all age groups and from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

I use my own life experience and training to support individuals with understanding their patterns of behaviour and discover what they might be seeking.

Counselling background

In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a volunteer counsellor with the NHS, Guildford College and the Samaritans.

Professional qualifications

I hold a BA Hons Integrative Relational Counselling from Kingston University.

This degree is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and validated by the Middlesex University. I am a BACP Counsellor (MBACP ) and I adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
